II. Financial Terms and Conditions

Eligibility / Conditions Not withstanding all credit terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to pay all outstanding amounts, including interest, cost or penalties incurred, immediately under the following conditions: In such events, the seller may repossess merchandise without legal proceedings, all the merchandise that has been delivered and retains ownership until full payment is made. In addition, any assets and/or credit balances remaining on the account after any such event mentioned above, are nontransferable and will be null and void. However, should the central administration centre of the account/buyer suffer the above, the store is still legally responsible for all outstanding balances on the account.

In addition, by signing this document electronically, you agree that your electronic signature, whether in cursive or typed, is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature and consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document. You also confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and represent the owner or manager of the business.
