Returns Claims Policy

 

1.1      General Guideline 

Any product purchased from Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. falls under our everyday return policy. Products can be returned within 45 days of receipt for a full refund and up to a maximum of 1 year for a partial credit with a minimum of 1-year expiry. All return requests dating more than one year from the date of purchase will be denied.  

 

Any products returned before the 45 days will receive full credit (no restocking fees will be applied),  

 

All products returned post 45 days and up from the date of purchase will be subject to the restocking fees as outlined below:

 What will be needed to process a return request?

 

·         All requests to return goods must be made to Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. with the following information:

 

a)      Account number,

b)      Item number,

c)      Quantity,

d)      Lot number and expiration date,

e)      Specific reason for return.

 

·         Products cannot be returned without a return authorization number issued by Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc.'s Returns department.

2.1      Product Eligibility 

 

Products being sent back to Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. will be diligently inspected at our warehouse as certain criteria need to be met for products to be accepted & credited. Any and every product sent back needs to have a minimum of 12 months left on expiry and needs to be in pristine or resalable condition (no open seal, no rips, tears, sticker damage, used, fading, expired, discontinued, etc.

 

Please ensure that returns are properly packed for shipping, as our receivers will sign for the shipment(s) as damaged if warranted. If the external packaging and/or internal product is received damaged, it is possible that the return will not be eligible for credit.

 

                Non-returnable product:

 

·         Will not be considered for reimbursement. Non-returnable items include special order items (stocked by request), products that have been (or are soon to be) discontinued by the manufacturer, and products that Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. does not need and will not be able to resell.  

               

Denied at warehouse level:

 

·         If a product gets denied at the warehouse level due to (damage, expired, not approved, not listed on the RA, discontinued item, etc.) it will be returned to you at your expense. A 10$ shipping charge fee will be invoiced to the account listed on the RA and subject to change without notice.

 

3.1    Dropship Orders  

 

If an invalid or wrong ship-to address is entered by the customer resulting in a return shipment to our warehouse, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee on that order and may be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

  

Signature required – If this option is selected, BBMS will cover the first shipment to your customer, if no one is home your customer will be responsible to go pick up their order at our courier’s depot/pick-up location. Any subsequent re-delivery attempt will be billed to your account.  

  

No signature required – The courier will leave the package at your customer’s door. BBMS is not liable for the package if this option is selected

 

SNR contract—A “no signature label” at the retail location is considered an SNR contract with the courier. Therefore, BBMS is not liable for the package.          

 

4.1 Claims Policy 

                       Damaged Product (concealed error) 

It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damaged product they receive from Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. within three business days of receipt to be eligible for credit. Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. will not be liable for any damages reported after the 3-business day period. 

 

If the customer receives a damaged box due to packaging issues, expired items, or defective product the customer will need to provide Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. with proof of destruction before a credit is issued.  

   

   Damaged Box (from third-party courier) 

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damaged or lost packages from our third-party courier partners. If you see that there are missing boxes or visible damage to your order you need to sign for it as “damaged” or “short” with the courier and report it to Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. upon receipt. Please make sure to keep the damaged courier box and all products for claim purposes.  

 

We will not apply a credit to the account if the item in question has been disposed of before providing proof of damaged goods. Photos of the damaged product are required.  

  

Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. will not be liable for any missing box claim for orders SIGNED IN FULL by the customer. 

 

Best Buy Medical Supplies Inc. will not be liable for any lost or damaged items (by courier) when the “No Signature Required” option is selected by the customer.
